Processing & Dispatch
We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours on regular business days. Shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. While we aim to deliver as promptly as possible, delivery times depend on our courier partners and your location, and we are unable to guarantee specific arrival dates or times — orders are generally delivered in 2–10 days.
Delivery & Signature
For delivery, a signature may be required upon receipt of the goods. If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery, please arrange for someone else — a family member, colleague, or neighbor — to sign on your behalf.
We cannot accept responsibility for goods signed for by an alternative individual, or for any damage that occurs after the goods have been delivered.
Shortages & Damage
If you notice any shortages or damage to your order, please report it to our customer service team on the same day of delivery.
Multiple Shipments
Depending on the items ordered, your order may be shipped in multiple shipments. This may not apply to every order placed on the website.
