1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • You received an incorrect item.
  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that we do not accept returns for reasons of personal fragrance preference or opened/used products unless the item is defective.


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Any promotional items or gifts received as part of the purchase must also be returned.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sample sets or trial-size products.
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Your order number.
    • A description of the issue.
    • Photos of the product if it was damaged or defective.

  3. Shipping Your Return:
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
    • Include a copy of the RA number and proof of purchase.
    • Ship the product to the return address provided in the approval email.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to an incorrect or defective item, Oud Luxury will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

4.1 Refund Conditions: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive an email notifying you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing times may vary based on your payment provider but typically take 7-10 business days.

4.2 Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued for returns that:

  • Are missing original packaging.
  • Show signs of use but have a valid defect claim.

4.3 Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees and any taxes paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.
